You set it off with 8 Mage nukes, which need to be cast, not clicked, and minimum 2k base damage. You can accomplish this with 2 mages and twin cast , or 3 mages without. It can be reused immediately by Forceful rejuvenation. Silent casting AA does not seem to work on the damage done by this proc spell, so beware the aggro, though an air pet will generate enough aggro in about 10-12 seconds to match this damage plus a few nukes, so it's rarely a problem.
