Yea this aug is also a random rare in TBM.
This seems to be a random drop in demi plane of Decay--- for me it dropped off a bokon in mayors office!
Random dropped from "a cavalier" in Ruins of Lxanvorn.
Dropped from trash in demiplane of life (of a doubtful functionary)
